Notes aus Lift in Action: Per12

• Install Lift und sbt ScalaSbt
• besser ohne Lifty, stattdessen Inf:scala/lift/original kopieren, in shell cd drauf und
  • sbt
  • container:start, output in http://localhost:8080 (oder mit jetty http://0.0.0.0:8080)
  • ~;compile;container:reload / nach jedem source save wird es neu generiert
